Winter 2010 Emerald Ball a SUCCESS!
This past weekend was Sigma Pi's 2010 Emerald Ball which was at the Hyatt in Huntington Beach. The night was a success. We would like to thank ROCKSTAR for sponsoring out event!

Its coming…
The Gentlemen of Sigma Pi Fraternity proudly present our annual Emerald Ball Formal. It will be on the evening of March 5th, and will start at 8:30PM and come back at 1:00AM. You must have valid id and be 18 to go. You must also have a formal invitation which is to be presented at the bus, so don't forget your invitation. Guest list will be strictly enforced. Transportation will be provided out of Newport and Irvine, more information will be provided later this week, so check the group. Any questions, contact Abeer Ali or Shaun Soliman

Congratulations to our wrestling team for placing in this past weekend's tournement!
Michael Gou in the 149 pound weight class got 3rd place
Ardy Parto in the 165 pound weight class got 3rd place
Jon Shubin in the 165 pound weight class got 2nd place
and Shaun Soliman in 157 pound weight class got 1st place

LIVE UPDATE 2: Brotherhood Retreat
Currently, we are enroute to the cabin last minute with Brother Ronnie Arenas, Brad Evans, and my self (Donald Le) along with 2 pledges and we hit bad weather. The fog tried to stop us but we stuck to it and now we are about 5 miles away.

Carlos Colon
Carlos was born in Miami, FL and lived there until hurricane Andrew hit. He went to High school in Panama City Beach, FL. and graduated with my B.S. In criminology with a minor in sociology from Florida State University where he helped recharter his Sigma Pi chapter Eta- Epsilon as a founding father, Recruitment chair, homecoming chair, social chair, brotherhood chair, and PR chair. I have worked on staff for Sigma Pi since Summer of 2008. He plans on obtaining enough experience in the military in order to become a US Marshal. He is more then willing to discuss the details of his job on staff with anyone who is interested.
